The wide range of social consultancy services provided by SRM includes preparation of social impact assessment (SIA), stakeholder engagement plans (SEP), resettlement action plans (RAP), livelihood restoration plans (LRP), corporate social management and monitoring plans. SRM also provides social auditing, monitoring and evaluation services for social sustainability.

Ece Sanal Kılıçözlü
Ece attained BA degrees from Boğaziçi University Political Science and International Relations Department. She studied international development and earned her master’s degree at the Eliot School of International Affairs Department of the George Washington University. She started her career at the Social Development Department of the World Bank. Starting from 2002 she offered consultancy services to Scott Wilson, Asian Development Bank and World Bank on infrastructure, energy and local development projects. She joined Social Risk Management LLC in 2009. She co-founded SRM Turkey in 2012. Ece’s current role in SRM is general management and Project management.
Didem Ayvalıklı Sivri
After graduating from 9 Eylül University Industrial Engineering Department, she worked as a project analyst at Yapı Kredi Bank for four years. She studied MBA/International Business at George Washington University and after earning her master degree worked as an operations officer at the World Bank for seven years. From 2009 to 2011 she was the manager of SRM US division. Didem is a cofounder of SRM Turkey and is currently fulfilling the roles of finance manager and quality assurance.
Sadık Avcı
After graduating from İstanbul State Engineering and Architecture Academy, he worked as field engineer, site chief, site manager and project manager at several projects. He was the mayor of Silifke, a district of Mersin province, from 1994 to 1999. During the same period he was the president of the Taşeli Municipalities Union and Silifke Irrigation Union. In cooperation with the World Bank, Avcı undertook the planning of the eco-tourism in the region. Within the scope of the Ramsar Convention he carried out the administrative planning activities of the Göksu Delta. He is a member of the Medcities Network. He was a member of the executive board of the Mediterranean Commission on Sustainability. Avcı has been working for SRM since 2011 as senior stakeholder engagement expert.
Gökhan Metin
Graduated from the Social Anthropology Department of the Ankara University and Sociology department of Anadolu University respectively. He earned his master degree at the Anthropology Department of the Hacettepe University. He has worked at several social and rural development projects and fieldworks. Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Southeastern Anatolia Project Regional Development Administration, Baku – Tbilisi – Ceyhan Sustainable Rural Development Project, Serhat Development Agency and Çayeli Copper Mine are a few to mention.Gokhan joined SRM in 2013 and is a senior sociologist with focus on livelihood restoration, resettlement planning and social risk assessment.
Nazlı Bakır
Nazlı completed her BA degree in International Relations at Koç University. She attained her MA degree from the University of Chicago, where she specialized in International Political Economy, International Security and Comparative Politics. She is an experienced researcher with a background in the non-profit sector and academy. Her interests are in the areas of international development, risk analysis and gender studies. She is currently working as Social Consultant at Social Risk Management LLC.
